Veronica Wittek

Business Partner. Problem Solver. Entrepreneur

I'm the older one of the 2 siblings in this dynamic duo. I started my career in 2008 working for a startup and then moving into a Fortune 50 shortly after.

I've excelled at strategy, budgeting, leadership, and having a strong relationship with the business teams I support. I have also dabbled into entrepreneurship life by having owned a small boutique in the past and currently own a storage unit and am helping my son stand up his own Etsy store.

The Entrepreneurial life has always been a passion of mine - the ability to make your own choices and being in charge of your own destiny is what continues to pull me into this space.

My goal is for us to bring all the finance, leadership and strategy skills we have learned in the corporate world and apply that to the small businesses and watch them thrive. My passion is to help other small businesses reach their fullest potential by educating them on key financial and strategic mindset/thoughts.

In my 15 years of professional experience, I’ve learned one main thing: If you can translate finance and accounting into actionable decisions, you can create SIGNIFICANT value! I have been doing this for Fortune 50 public companies, as well as start-ups and mid-sized companies; influencing and educating multiple parts of an organization, as well as executive management, and delivering significant decision useful value.

A few years ago my wife and I purchased our first investment property. My wife is not in finance, so I had to spend a lot of time explaining to her the numbers, how to think about the investment, what happens with the debt, etc. That's when I realized that I have a lot of business useful knowledge that could be shared with other small businesses to help them achieve their goals. This drove a new purpose for me and made me want to focus helping small businesses understand their finances so they can make actionable decisions in order to achieve their goals.
